Thanks to the recent modifications executed on the vertical continuous casting machine supplied by Metech STG in 2009, our company contributed to the achievement of an important goal for NLMK Verona Steel: the production of 500 mm high thickness slabs.
Metech STG provided the engineering and equipment for the implementation of the necessary adaptations, besides carrying out the pertinent preliminary verifications to start the new high thickness slab production.
